General Instructions for Wiring 12S Socket to Vehicle (12 Volt Negative Earth)
Wire the socket as shown in Chart 'B'
Take the Grey 7-core cable into the boot through a 9/16" hole into which you have inserted the grommet provided. Connect the wires of the 7-core cable into the vehicle circuits as shown in Chart 'B', being careful to use suitable gauge cables for any extensions. Some auxiliary circuits in caravans draw a lot of power so be careful to choose suitable sources in the vehicle and protect your circuits with fuses. Our 12S Kits contain suitable cable and fuses.

* On caravans post 1996 this feed is automatically switched during towing by a relay in the caravan to charge the caravan battery. When this happens, other interior circuits are off (except fridge).
